Where we ship
We ship to Canada and the United States. We do not ship anywhere else at the moment, and we do not offer local pickup.

One flat rate covers the whole order, however many boxes are in it.
When it ships
Halloween surprise boxes are pre-orders. Pre-orders close on 10 October 2026 and every pre-order ships by 15 October 2026.
After launch, orders normally leave our workshop within three to five business days. We will tell you if something is going to take longer.
Delivery times
Once an order leaves us, delivery usually takes two to six business days within Canada and five to ten business days to the United States. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and they can stretch around holidays.
Duties and import charges
Orders to the United States are zero rated for Canadian tax. Any duties, import fees or brokerage charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we can resend it once you cover the postage again.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but it has not arrived, email us within 14 days and we will sort it out. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
