Easy 3D Prints is operated by Winnipeg Prototyping Inc. of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. On this page “we”, “us” and “our” mean Easy 3D Prints. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

## Orders and prices

Prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars for customers in Canada and in US dollars for customers in the United States, and exclude tax. Canadian orders have 12% GST and RST added at checkout. Orders shipped to the United States are zero rated and have no Canadian tax added. You are responsible for any duties or import charges in your own country.

We may refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

## Pre-orders

Our Halloween surprise boxes are sold as pre-orders. Pre-orders close on **10 October 2026** and every pre-order ships by **15 October 2026**.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before we pack your box. Email hello@easy3dprints.com and we will confirm. Once a box has been packed or shipped, our [Refund and Returns Policy](https://easy3dprints.com/refund_returns/) applies instead.

## Surprise boxes

A surprise box does not have a fixed contents list. You tell us at checkout what you would like, for example something fun and decorative, toys, or a gift for a particular person, and we choose prints to match. You can also ask us to surprise you entirely.

We pick the contents at our discretion within the value of the box you bought. Photographs on this site show examples of our work and are not a promise of the specific items you will receive. No two boxes are the same.

## Files and models you send us

If you send us a file or ask us to print a specific model, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission from the rights holder. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from a file you supplied.

We do not sell, publish or share your files. We keep them only as long as we need to complete your order.

## Prohibited items for 3D printing

We will not print, and you must not ask us to print, any of the following. If an order involves a prohibited item we will cancel it and refund you.

- **Weapons and weapon parts.** Including but not limited to firearms, knives, blades, and any component that can be assembled into a weapon, or any part that would modify a weapon to make it more dangerous.
