# Easy 3D Prints

> Easy 3D Prints is a 3D printing service in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, built for people who have never used 3D printing. Customers find the 3D model they want, or send a file, a link or a photo, and Easy 3D Prints prices it, prints it, checks every piece by hand and ships it across Canada and the United States. Online ordering opens 1 January 2027.

- No experience needed: Easy 3D Prints chooses the material, strength and print settings for the customer.
- How to order: request a quote through the form on the Contact page. The form accepts STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, ZIP, photos or PDF (up to 5 files, 64 MB each) or a link to a model on Printables, MakerWorld or Thingiverse. The price is emailed before anything is charged. Easy 3D Prints only prints models whose license allows commercial use.
- Where it ships: Canada and the United States only. No local pickup and no street address for visits.
- Shipping cost: flat 12 CAD within Canada and 18 CAD to the United States (charged in US dollars). Free shipping on orders over 150 CAD in Canada and over 150 USD in the United States.
- Currency and tax: prices in CAD for Canadian customers (GST and RST added) and USD for US customers (no Canadian tax).
- Guarantee: free reprint if a print arrives damaged or is not what was ordered.
- Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Not printed: weapons or weapon parts (including guns and gun parts), adult or sexual items, and the other prohibited items listed in the Terms. Such orders are cancelled and refunded.
